Returns

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We allow domestic returns for a full refund on items are sent back in their original condition with tags attached within 60 days of purchase. If an item is returned outside of the 60 day window, please note that a store credit will be applied to your account to use against a future purchase.

**Please note at this time, we do not offer free return on international shipments.**

Step 1: Place the unwashed item in its original condition, tags attached into the original packaging we sent you.

Step 2: Email sarahreifenberg@roarsport.com at the time you decided to ship the garments back to us. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email. In the body of the email, please include what items you will be returning and why. We will use the information you send to create and email a pre-paid shipping label. This will ensure we have your return on our radar ensuring a prompt and efficient return process for both parties.

Your order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have your order number readily available, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.

Step 3: Place the provided return shipping label on your package, seal it up, and pop it in the mail!
